Praetor is CREO's local runtime environment and gateway into the CRE ecosystem. Installed on a user's device, Praetor acts as the local authority, orchestrating runtime modules, enforcing policies, managing authentication, and representing the device within CREOCONET.
Praetor is modular by design, composed of Modules, Services, and an internal event system. This allows it to host analytics, storage, integrations, and even personal data servers locally.
Praetor anchors CREO's local-first philosophy by shifting power and data closer to the user.
